Senior Portrait Agreement

1. Client Information

2. Session Details

This agreement is for a portrait session with Amy Bulbrooke Photography. The session includes:

• Pre-session consultation

• Photographer's time and talent

• Online gallery of soft proof (basic edit) images or in-person reveal (as agreed)

• Product and print ordering assistance

• Pets are welcome at sessions with prior approval. The client is responsible for ensuring the location allows animals and for handling their pet(s) at all times. Pets should be leashed or contained when not being photographed. The client is responsible for cleaning up after

their pet and for ensuring their safety and behavior. Amy Bulbrooke Photography is not liable for any injury, damage, or additional fees caused by pets during the session.

3. Session Fee

4. Travel & Location Fees

• A $40 travel fee for sessions over 25 miles of Frankfort Illinois or to Chicago.

• Some locations require photography permits or entry fees. Amy Bulbrooke Photography will

inform the client if a permit is needed for their chosen location. The photographer will

secure the permit on behalf of the client, the fee will be added to the final balance. Failure

to obtain required permits may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the session.

5. Rescheduling / Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session.

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or emergency.

• The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within

60 days.

6. Cooperation & Safety

• Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of children during the session.

• Photographer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss during the session.

• Every effort will be made to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience

7. Image Delivery

• Online proofing gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks of your session.

• Photographer curates the gallery selects the only best images and there no “hidden gems” are held back.

• Images in the proof gallery are professionally edited for color, lighting, and minor adjustments.

8. Image Selection & Ordering

• After your proof gallery or in-person reveal, you will select your favorite images for purchase.

• Amy Bulbrooke Photography offers both collections (bundled options with savings) and à la carte pricing (individual products and images).

• Images you order will receive additional, detailed retouching for a polished final result.

• Full pricing will be provided during your consultation or ordering appointment.

• Orders must be placed within 14 days of proof delivery to ensure availability and timely processing.

• Payments can be made via cash, check, Zelle or credit card.

• All orders are subject to the applicable Illinois sales tax.

9. Artistic Style & Editing Discretion

• Amy Bulbrooke Photography exercises full creative control over the style, composition, and editing of images. The client acknowledges that images are produced according to the photographer’s artistic vision. While client input is welcome during the session and selection process, specific requests that conflict with the photographer’s style may not be

accommodated.

10. Delivery of Images & Products

• Digital images will be ready within 1–2 weeks of final order approval.

• Images you order will receive additional, detailed retouching for a polished final result.

• The client will be informed when physical products arrive. Items may be collected from Amy Bulbrooke Photography or delivered by arrangement.

• If the company producing your products offers a satisfaction or defect guarantee, Amy Bulbrooke Photography will contact the company on the client’s behalf to address the issue.

• Amy Bulbrooke Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to products after they have been delivered or collected.

11. Copyright & Usage

• Amy Bulbrooke Photography retains copyright to all images.

• Images may be used for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media, etc.) unless otherwise requested in writing.

• Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing images.

• Commercial use or editing of images is prohibited without written permission.

• Screenshots, cropping, adding filters to images and/or AI alterations are not permitted, as this alters the photographer’s work and can misrepresent the final product.

12. Image Archiving

• Images are guaranteed to be kept for 3 months from your proof delivery date. After this time, unpurchased images may be deleted.

• If available, reinstating expired images, if available, may incur a retrieval fee.

• Once your final images are delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their files. It is strongly recommended to store your images in multiple locations

(such as an external hard drive and cloud storage) to prevent loss.

12. Model Release

By signing, you grant permission for Amy Bulbrooke Photography to use images from this session for marketing and promotional purposes, including website, blog, and social media

If minors in images:

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) named below and have the legal authority to execute this release on their behalf. I grant permission for Amy Bulbrooke Photography to use images of my child(ren) from this session for marketing and promotional purposes, including website, blog, and social media, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

13. Liability

Photographer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss during the session. Every effort will be made to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

14. Agreement & Signature

I have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to the conditions outlined

above.
